An email gets sent out to the address you used to make your account. Did you check there? Also, make sure your spam filter is not taking it out.
Buying products to enhance the way your computer looks and subscribing to a site that you enjoy downloading from has nothing to do with uploads. Without the products your computer would look a little plainer, and without the subscription your downloading ability would have been capped long ago.
Citizen Jaalma ...unfortunately the 'auto email' assumes a rejection is caused by a policy violation...eg copyright, porn etc...and does not accommodate the 'simple rejection' of a wall for not simply being 'suitable' as a wall.
There are many reasons why a submission is deemed 'unsuitable'...a common one is that the image is too distracting as a desktop wall...or perhaps is to 'personalised' to the uploader...eg a 'self-portrait' of him and his kids - something that is very unlikely to appeal to anyone other than himself [and his kids].
If you mention some names of the submissions so they could be reviewed specifically then a response 'may' be given via email, but noy on a public forum...as it is generally guaranteed to devolve into a 'drama' if public.
Long involved emails giving 'reasons' were often the prompt for abusive and unwarranted attacks on the moderator/s so have since been dispensed with [mostly].
"Made with Vue5 Infinite. The spaceship was also modeled with Vue5"
More times than not, programs such as Vue and Bryce, etc will 'wow' the user but won't necessarily be suitable as desktop backgrounds. Throw a few icons on them and a taskbar, etc and modelled primitives just end up looking 'primitive'.
Scene 'generators' aren't a substitute for a little care and attention to 'design and/or layout' that would suit a desktop environment....
